Terms & Conditions (Retreat)

By booking a retreat with Insiders Club, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to the following:

 

Bookings & Payments

  • Full payment is required to secure your place

  • All prices are listed in USD and exclude flights

  • Payment plans may be offered at our discretion - contact us to learn more

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to another approved participant

  • We are not responsible for personal circumstances, travel disruptions, or change of mind

 

Changes & Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify the itinerary, facilitators, or schedule where necessary

  • Cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will offer:

  • Transfer to a future retreat OR

  • A refund at our discretion (excluding external costs)

 

What’s Included

Your booking includes only what is explicitly stated on our Founder Retreats Page. Flights, travel insurance, and personal expenses (including transport, meals outside of what is explicitly stated on our webiste etc) during the retreat are not included.

 

Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for:

  • Their own travel arrangements

  • Adequate travel insurance

 

Insiders Club strongly recommends participants to acquire adequate travel insurance for the duration of the retreat and Insiders Club or its affilitates are not responsible for any injuries, ailments, loss, damages, medical conditions or health issues that arise during the retreat.

Health & Responsibility

By attending, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in all aspects of the retreat.

You acknowledge that participation in retreat activities, including but not limited to fitness sessions and physical experiences, involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all such risks and participate at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Insiders Club, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates and partners from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with your participation in the retreat.

Liability

Insiders Club is not liable for:

  • Injury, loss, illness, ailments, medical conditions, health issues or damage during the retreat

  • Actions of third-party providers

 

Conduct

By booking a retreat with Insiders Club, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, professional, and considerate manner at all times towards fellow participants, staff, facilitators, venues, accommodation, and any associated third-party providers.

 

You agree to treat all property, facilities, and equipment with care and to comply with all applicable laws, local regulations, and reasonable instructions provided during the retreat.

 

Any behaviour deemed, at our sole discretion, to be disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with the values of the retreat may result in immediate removal from the experience without a refund. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, excessive intoxication, damage to property, or conduct that negatively impacts the experience of others.

Security Deposit & Damages

A refundable security deposit may be required prior to the retreat. By booking, you agree that if you are deemed responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning costs during the retreat, all or part of your security deposit may be retained at our discretion to cover associated costs. If the cost of damage exceeds the deposit amount, you agree to reimburse Insiders Club for the full amount.

Membership are subject to application and approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline applicants at our discretion.

Membership provides access to:

  • Priority access to curated content days - including priority hands on support, resources & equipment to help you create weeks worth of high-converting content and ads

  • Networking opportunities and proximity to entrepreneurs and industry leaders

  • Community group page designed to foster connection, collaboration and knowledge sharing

  • Exclusive resources, workshops, and insider knowledge

 

Access may change over time.

 

Conduct & Community Standards

Members agree to:

  • Engage respectfully

  • Maintain confidentiality of shared information

  • Act in good faith within the community

 

Confidentiality

You agree not to share or disclose sensitive business or personal information from other members without consent.

 

Removal

We reserve the right to suspend or remove memberships at any time if conduct does not align with our policies.
